The 30% of the requests can be answered within 48h, and 65% are processed within 1 week (7 days). Depending on the area population it may take up to 3 weeks, or in exceptional cases even longer, to find the address of the person. We can not accelerate this process, because our online service sometimes is depending on the response of the nationwide registration offices.
Please note, it is prohibited to use this service or any search results for unlawful purposes, such as: discrimination, stalking, harassment, locating celebrities or Swiss public officials, making decisions that negatively impact someone’s financial or economic status, restricting someone’s eligibility for housing, social benefits, employment, insurance, or personal credit. Failure to comply might subject our Customer as Requestor to criminal or civil legal action or fines. The use of special privacy mails (e.g. ProtonMail, StartMail, ZohoMail, TheXYZ, CounterMail, Posteo, Mailbox.org, Mailfence, Tutanota, Hushmail, Runbox, Disroot, Criptext, KolabNow, FastMail, ScryptMail etc.) by Customer / Requestor is not allowed on this Website (for using our online services) and will be considered as unlawful request. Customer / Requestor may use private mails (e.g. am@gmail.com, mw@hotmail.com, pg@outlook.com etc.) or business mails (x.y@company.com). Lawful Basis: FPS processes the Personal Data based on the legitimate interest of itself and its customers.
For finding a person in Switzerland, you are paying a Retainer for Basic Search Fee of CHF 333.- and Success Fee of CHF 166.- incl. 7.7% VAT for one person search in Switzerland or Lichtenstein. The Success Fee of CHF 166.- will be refunded on your Credit Card or Apple Pay or G-Pay, or your Bank Account. If we do not find the address of the person of interest (in only 2% of requests). Unlawful requests to our web service are going to be refunded to 80% and not processed, we will charge CHF 100.- for compensation of our administration costs regarding unlawful requests (Umtriebsentschädigung gemäss OR). This price is up to 60% less of usual Investigative & Intelligence Swiss Market Price, we are more cost-effective as we have automated the process of search, geolocate, find and report. You have the same value for less money invested. In cases where the Client does not pay with a credit card (unpaid order), the Provider offers an alternative payment method via wire transfer or PayPal. Invoice will be provided upon request.
